Answer: We will schedule weekly sessions via zoom or if in Adelaide face-to-face, of 1.5 hours in order to have ample time. Between sessions, you’ll be given tasking to complete, to reinforce the change that is taking place. No matter the program you choose you will be supported as we walk side-by-side during the journey and even up to 3 months after the whole process. This isn’t a job to us at InsideOut. This is a purpose and a life mission to heal others so they heal others.
