Sessions can run for up to 2 and a half hours. We do an induction prior to beginning the journey and an integration at the end.

Yes, we offer both in-person and virtual sessions to accommodate your schedule and location preferences. Virtual sessions will require over-the-ear noise cancelling headphones and access to Zoom.

Its recommended you bring a book to journal your thoughts after the session. (it is optional)
You can bring water, although we do supply bottled water.
Wear clothes that are comfortable for lying on the floor.

You can either do the journey after eating, or if you prefer a more intense experience, you may try this on an empty stomach. (Avoiding heavy meals right before the session ensures you are comfortable and can focus on the experience without any digestive distractions)
