I have a medical condition — is this right for me?
If you’re pregnant, have cardiovascular issues, uncontrolled high blood pressure, epilepsy, or severe mental health conditions, please consult your doctor first and let us know in advance so we can adapt or advise.
How long do sessions go for?
Allow 2.5 hours including welcome, a ~90-minute 9D journey, and integration time afterwards.
Do you offer virtual sessions?
Yes. We offer online sessions and small private groups by request. Contact us to arrange a time that suits.
What should I bring?
Wear comfortable clothing. Bring water and anything that helps you relax. Eye mask, pillow, blanket, mats, and headphones are provided by us.
Should I eat before my session?
Have a light meal and avoid heavy food for ~4 hours before. Hydrate well, and avoid alcohol or recreational substances beforehand.
Need to cancel or change your appointment?
Plans change—we get it. Please give us at least 24 hours’ notice to reschedule or cancel. Late changes may incur a fee according to our booking policy.
